SmartCash is a multi-tenant cashflow management platform designed for small businesses. The Service provides financial dashboards, forecasting, scenario analysis, and report generation capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not share your financial data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
